Prepare artwork that can be approved
- Send an editable vector logo when available, plus any required Pantone references and a screenshot showing intended placement.
- Identify the exact product link, cup color, lid and handle configuration. A 30 oz versus 40 oz comparison can help choose the starting model.
- Request a dimensioned print-area template for that model. Mark front, back, wrap seam and a safe distance from the handle.
- Approve a digital proof, then inspect a physical sample under normal lighting before authorizing the full run. Record the approved sample or photos and artwork revision.
Ask whether setup, screens, plates or sampling are charged separately and whether a color change alters the minimum quantity. Quote each cup color and logo combination separately so the order split is clear.
